Kindly be advised that due to the reorganisation of the proposed and adopted Site Development Plan

(SDP), we needed to arrange the Erf reservation numbers in accordance with Namibian regulations

that govern the layout allocation. Your appointed Land Surveyors recommended this in order to keep

the SDP within these norms and standards.

We do realise that this action will require some amendments to the reserved numbers on your new

system, but we will do our utmost to prevent further changes in the future.
