Taking into consideration the magnitude of these projects we consider it necessary to issue an ANTICORRUPTION NOTICE
We are continually communicating with different role players and investors.
➡️ Due to the reach and magnitude of specific projects certain role players may intentionally or unintentionally overstate their level of authority, representation, involvement or even ownership.
➡️ Mr Neville Baker is the sole owner of Bakersville Township Development and has the sole mandate under Resolution to sign legally binding agreements or verbally commit to certain actions, obligations regarding any agreement related to projects presently or future.
You will be informed should he appoint Directors and assign levels of authority.
Please ensure that you verify any possible agreements/commitments, verbal or in writing, carry the direct approval/agreement of Mr Neville Baker. If such an agreement or commitment does not carry his direct approval it will be null and void.
With projects at this scale, it is the custom practice to exert extra care from all parties that
misrepresentation, fraudulent activities (for example forging of signature) etc. are prevented.
